If you are a College Prospect then getting qualified is easy. Simply have your High School coach fill out this form. Filling this form out varifies that all your info is true and you are a legitimate College Prospect. 

College Prospect Clearance is a way to confirm that you are able to play at the College level. Be it Div. I, II, III, or NAIA. High School coaches must fill out the form and submit it to College Sports Connection. You will then be Cleared as a quality and prospective College Athlete.
